Olivia Wann focuses on estate planning, probate, elder law and business law.
Olivia is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky. She has a special interest in working with dental practices and providing services such as creation of a PLLC, preparation of operating agreements, associate contracts, demand letters, lease agreements, and HR policies. She also prepares asset purchase agreements, non-competes and legal opinions on business management.
Olivia founded Modern Practice Solutions, a compliance company specializing in the dental industry, in the year 2000. She travelled extensively throughout the country providing lectures, in-office consultations, and policy development. She has had numerous articles published in leading magazines in the dental industry. Olivia served as one of the compliance consultants for the American Dental Association’s Guidelines for Practice Success, Managing the regulatory Environment: Best Practices.

Olivia and her husband, Kevin, enjoy raising horses and ponies and spending time with their two dogs, Ruby and Lenny. Olivia also enjoys gardening, kick boxing and community projects.
